    1996   Estabilished Nanhai Huaxiang Packing Co,. Ltd (NHP) to manufacture and sell corrugated paper 
                packaging products.

    1999    Awarded ISO 9002 certificate for NHP.
                  Set up first PET bottle company Chengdu Full Apex Packing Vessel Co,.Lt.
                  Received certificate from Coke to supply PET bottles.
                  Received certificate from Pepsi to supply PET bottles in China Market.
    
    2000    Estabilished Guangzhou Full Apex Packaging Co,. Ltd to serve Coke and Pepsi in Guangzhou 
                  Market.
                  Acquired a 70 % stake in ACI Qingdao Plastics Packaging Co,.Ltd (now known as Qingdao Full 
                  Apex Packaging Vessel Co,. Ltd ).

    2002    Commenced production of PET perform in Guangzhou.
                  Expand into manufacturing of hot-filled PET bottles in Guangzhou.

    2003     Listed on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange.
  
    2004    Estabilished Tianjin Full Apex Vessel Co,. Ltd.
                  Signed agreement with Tianjin Pepsi to supply not less than 80% of its bottle demand in next
                  five years.
                  Tianjin bottle plant start commercial operation in August.
                  Estabilished Zhanjiang Full Apex Vessel Co,. Ltd.
 
    2005     Estabilished Shenzhen Full Apex vessel Co,. Ltd. 
                  Signed agreement with Shenzhen Pepsi to supply not less 70% of its PET bottle demand in
                  next five years.
                  Shenzhen bottle plant started commercial operation in end of April.
                  Estabilished Shantou Jiedong Full Apex vessel Co,. Ltd.
                  Signed agreement with Jiedong Pepsi to supply not less than 70% of its bottle demand in
                  next five years.
                  Jiedong bottle plant started commercial operation in28 June.
                  In April 2005, signed a letter of intent with independent third party to acquire a PET
                  chips production factory which under construction at early stage.
