 Mr Guan Lingxiang
Chairman & Managing Director
Mr Guan Lingxiang is the Chairman and Managing Director and one of the founders of the
Group.He is responsible for the Group business strategies and policies. Mr Guan
developed his expertise in business management based on his knowledge and experience
gained from working in the corrugated paper packaging products industry for more than
20 years. Prior to founding the Group, Mr Guan managed a corrugated paper packaging
products plant under a management and operation arrangement with Nan Fang Paper
Industries Co. (¡°Nan Fang¡±) for five years.
Ms Liang Huiying
Vice-Chairman and Executive Director
Ms Liang Huiying is the Vice-Chairman, an Executive Director and one of the founder of
the Group. She is responsible for administrative and human resources affairs of the
Group. Ms Liang has more than 20 years experience in the corrugated paper packaging
products industry. Before founding the Group, Ms Liang managed a corrugated paper
packaging products plant under a management and operation arrangement with Nan Fang
For 5 years. Ms Liang is the wife of Mr Guan Lingxiang.
Mr Fang Wen
Executive Director and General Manager
Mr Fang Wen is an Executive Director and General Manager of the Group. He is responsible
for the overall business performance, sales and marketing as well as the daily
operations of the Group. Mr Fang jointd the Group in November 1996 and had extensive
sales and marketing experience in the corrugated paper packaging products industry.
Prior to joining the Group, Mr Fang was a newspaper editor at Guangzhou Daily for 8
years and thereafter worked as a Sales Manager at Nan Fang for 5 years. Mr Fang holds
a Diploma in Media Studies from Guangzhou University of Sparetime Education.
Mr Chng Hee Kok
Independent and Non- Executive Director
Mr Chng Hee Kok was appointed an independent non- executive director on 5 May 2003. He
was awarded a Merit Scholarship by the Singapore Government in 1967. He graduated with
a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Singapore in 1972 and Master
of Business Administration degree from the National University of Singapore in 1984.
Mr Chng is presently the Chief Executive Officer of NTUC Club. He was a Member of
Parliament, Singapore from 1984 to 2001. He was the Chief Executive officer of Scotts
Holdings Ltd from 1995 to 1997 and was Chief Executive Officer of Yeo Hiap Seng Ltd
from 1994 to 1995. Presently he is a Council Member and Director of the Singapore
institute of Directors. He has served on the Boards of Directors of Sentosa Development
Corporation from March 2001 to February 2005. Mr Chng also sits on the Boards of
Directors of a number of public listed companies including Pacific Centure Regional
Developments Ltd, Samudera Shipping Line Ltd. Brillant Manufacturing Ltd, People¡¯s
Food Holdings and CHT (Holdings) Ltd and Sunray Holdings Limited.
Mr Tan Tew Han
Independent and non-Executive Director
Mr Tan Tew Han was appointed an independent non- executive Director on 5 May 2003. He
retired from the Overseas Union Bank (¡°OUB¡±) in 2001, after a distinguished banking
career spanning more 20 years during which he had also held a number of senior posts in
various foreign banks. Mr Tan¡¯s early career prior to his involvement in the banking
industry was spent in the Administrative Service in the Singapore Civil service. He
joined OUB in 1987 prior to the legal merger of OUB into United Overseas Bank Limited
and was in charge of various portfolios, including Corporate Banking, Investment
Banking and Corporate Finance. In 1999.
Mr Tan obtained his Bachelor of Science ( Honours) degree from University of Singapore
in 1971 and his Master of Business Administration degree from University of British
Columbia, Vancouver in 1979.
Mr Zhang Huihe
Mr Zhang Huihe is Deputy General Manager of Nanhai Huaxiang Packing Co,.( NHP). Mr
Zhang jointed the Group in 1999 and brings with him over 20 years experience in
business management. He is in charge of NHP¡¯s daily operations, He obtained a Diploma
in Enterprise Management from Guangdong Industrial University in 1995. Before he
jointed the Group, Mr Zhang was a Deputy General Manager for a trading company for 7
years, before working in a beverage company as Deputy General Manager for 9 years.
Mr Guan Lingyun
Mr Guan Lingyun was appointed Vice Chairman of Guangzhou Full Apex Packaging Co,.Ltd
( GFA) since 1996. He is responsible for sale and marketing as well as development of
GFA. Mr Guang holds a Business Administration Certificate from the Guangzhou Institute
of Financial and Commercial management and has had more than 20 years experience in
sales and marketing. Before joining the Group, Mr Guan was a Sales Director at a
garment manufacturer for 10 years. He is the younger brother of Mr Guan Lingxiang.
Ms Liu Chaohui
Ms Liu Chaohui has been deputy General Manager and Finance Manager of Nanhai Huaxiang
Packaging Co,. Ltd¡¯s(NHP) since 1996 and is also a Director of GFA. She takes
responsibility for the Group¡¯s financial affairs and internal controls. Before she
joined the Group, she was the Financial Controller of company which engaged production
of meat products. She graduated from Zhongshan University with a Bachelor¡¯s degree in
Economics in 1988.
Mr Wang Yunying
Mr Wang Yunying joined the Group in 1996 and appointed as Deputy Director of NHP and
GFA. He is in charge of Group¡¯s infrastructure and project investment. Mr Wang
obtained a degree of Traditional Chinese Medicine Studies from Guangzhou University in
1976. Prior to joining the Group, he was a Deputy General Manager at Nan Fang for 4
years.
Mr Hou Bojian
Mr Hou Bojian (Jordan) joined the Group in May 2005 as Vice President. Mr Hou was a
Director and senior management of several listed company in Hong Kong Stock Exchange,
including Guangdong Investment Limited, Kingway Brewery Limited, Guangdong Building
Industry Limited. He has extensive experience in finance,accounting, acquisition and
project investment and management. He obtained a master degree of Economics of Jinnan
University of China in 1988. He obtained Certificate of Securities Brokers of Hong Kong
and Certificate of Securities Broker¡¯s Representatives of Hong Kong in 1993. He was
council member of the Guangdong Provincial Accounting Society and council member of
Hong Kong China Enterprises Association.
Mr Guan Yong
Mr Guan Yong has been Executive Director and Sales Manager of NHP since 1996. He
oversees NHP¡¯s sales operations and assists Mr Guang Lingxiang in setting out the
strategies and policies for NHP¡¯s business development. Mr Guan graduated from the
Guangdong Business College in 1996 with a Diploma in Enterprise Management. Prior to
joining the Group, he worked as a Director and Operations Manager for Nan Fang for 5
years after working as a Deputy Sales Manager in trading company for 4 years. Mr Guan
is the cousin of Guan Lingxiang and Guan Lingyun.
Mr Lou Guangdeng
Mr Lou Guangdeng is the Director and General Manager of QFA. He is in charge of QFA
daily operation.Mr Lou was the Deputy General Manager of NHP from 1996 to 1999 and was
responsible for human resources and production affairs before he promote to current
position of QFA. Mr Lou graduated from the China Agricultural University with a degree
in Enterprise Management in 1978. Prior to joining the Group, Mr lou worked as an
Accounting Manager of a trading company for 8 years.
Mr Tan Zhen Shan
Mr Tan Zhen Shan is appointed as Group Financial Controller in May 2004 and is
responsible for overseeing the Group¡¯s financial and accounting matters. He graduated
with a Bachelor of Economics from Zhongshan University in 1998 and a Master of Commerce
in Accounting with Business Law degree from the University of Sydney in 2001. He is a
CPA member of Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountant and a member of
Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountant. Mr Tan has over 7 years experience in
accounting and taxation. Prior to joining the Group, he was a Senior Auditor at an
accounting firm in Australia.
