Established in 1996, Full Apex (Holdings) Limited (the "Company" or "Full Apex") and its subsidiaries (the
"Group") manufactures Polyethylene Terephthalate ("PET") bottles for a range of carbonated and non-carbonated
beverages, corrugated paper packaging products and shrink film which is used as a complementary packaging
product.

The Group is investing approximately US$90 million to develop a PET chips production plant in Guangzhou to manufacture PET chips, raw material of our major products - PET bottles. Construction of the PET Plant has since commenced and is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2007. With a production capacity of 200,000 metric tons per annum, we believe this new PET plant will be the largest bottle grade PET chips production plant in South China. |
